Albemarle High School Rowing Team’s Snow Crew

Helping others during snow storms

Entitled to Nothing, Grateful for Everything

About us

We are excited to announce the launch of a new free community service called SNOW CREW. As we give thanks, we want to address a need in our area. Giving back is an essential part of who we are. Albemarle High School rowers will volunteer their time and labor by shoveling the walks and driveways of elderly people and people with disabilities. This service will be provided within the Charlottesville/Albemarle area. How will this work? After a snow storm, when it is deemed safe to travel, crews of rowers will be sent to the homes of people who have contacted us. To contact us, simply call/text Coach Scott at 434-825-6639 or email albemarlesnowcrew@gmail.com. Albemarle Rowing is grateful to be able to provide this service to those in need in our community. “Entitled to Nothing, Grateful for Everything”
